I’ve been supporting people with being able to move more freely in their joints, work through aches, pains and stiffness and overcome the inertia to get stronger and more supple, get their bigger picture of health habits focused. At Zigs Exercise we provide a safe friendly space for exploring health, well-being and improving body confidence. I’m Clare Louise Freeman, the business owner of Zigs Exercise and I’ve been doing this for over 30 years.
